Winter is here!

From Cropredy we have moved to Brauston for a bit of a change. Bad timing for the off from Crop as someone was heading in the same direction with her new victim. Still not to worry. Major rain a couple of days ago and the towpath disappeared at Fenny. Buffy is not liking the rain :-(

Getting rid of old tatty rubbish or trash

After getting rid of the main item of rubbish or should I say trash, now clearing the roof at last. Met some nice people near Napton, thanks Debbie and Carol for the Lasagne and night of interesting card games! Hope the diesel pipe fix holds till Lemington, give me a call if not. X

Blustery

Well sounds like boats are getting blown all over the place, at least badger is nice and safe on rings, phew! What happened to June? Hope you are all ok in this blustery weather, even Elle! Interesting morning, ended up speaking briefly with the ex-wife for the first time in 3.5 years! Weird!

Ship shape!

Boat all nice and tidy (at last) phew. Any top tips on how to change duvet covers on a narrowboat welcome! Bit of a diesel issue as have almost run out doh, jerry to the rescue. Anyway friend coming over so its candles and rom-com. Better stop engine.

Banbury and on plus the Somerton explanation

... Well basically met a wonderful girl a year ago, beautiful, intelligent, kind, and normally understanding, likes (ish) canal life and has a boat, lets call her Elle. It all went wrong at Somerton or before, well definitely before. Elle had her boat near mine then suddenly disappeared witch left me both angry and in the depths of depression, knowing she was the the girl i want to be with until I grow old with her. I realise it was mainly my fault and i hope she accepts my sincere apologies one day. Good luck in Lower Hayford and I hope you find it in your heart to contact the man you once loved and enjoyed life with, we did have a good time on general and would like to make it a good time, all of the time. There were three people in the relationship, and now there could be two. With regard to any damage caused, this was probably heat of the moment, and can be fixed (hopefully).

On a happier note, am hanging out with sk8er boys, mi blading they skating!
